Meet your facilitator for the sixth episode of the PUSPA Workshop Series on 'Leadership Development' happening on 13th and 14th June 2020 from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM.

Kabita Poudel recently completed her undergraduate in Agriculture Science from Agriculture and Forestry University and she aspires to become an agriculture scientist. She is the co-founder of an organic startup 'Team-Vermiponics.' Likewise, she worked as a secretary in Youth Thinker’s Society Chitwan, one of the boards of directors in the Leo Club of Bharatpur Chautari, and in leadership roles of various organizations. Recently, she completed eleven days course on Leadership, Organizing, and Action, based on the course module of professor Marshall Ganz of Harvard Kennedy School, facilitated by Sachin Timalsena and Prakriti Bhattarai Basnet.
She says “I wouldn’t call myself an expert on leadership, nor have I attained such level of experience to be able to teach you all about leadership. Furthermore, considering it as an
aspect of social science, leadership can be viewed from many perspectives. I will try to be honest and share my experiences and learning with you. I hope you can relate these to your lives. Leadership Development
