It is rightly said, 'Dreams are extremely important. You can't do it unless you imagine it.'
Utilizing the period of lockdown due to the turmoil led by COVID-19 pandemic, Pokhara University Student's Pharma Association(PUSPA) organized a series of career-oriented discussions named PUSPA Career Conclave-2020 (Alumni Special) for pharmaceutical students of School of Health and Allied Sciences, Pokhara University through ZOOM cloud meeting app. I being the student to be graduating this year was in various dilemmas and confusion related to how I can get into the subjects or career of my interest after my graduation. Participating in the conclave gave an appropriate track about how I can imagine my career for the future and work to achieve it accordingly. In the meantime, I appreciate PUSPA's initiation to bring out such an excellent platform for us to interact with experts from different fields related to Pharmaceutical Science. The webinar was well-organized, informative, friendly, and supportive. It was a perfect mix of topics and expertise.
The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to discuss with the Alumni from my university due to which I could relate myself most of the time to their story. They were experts in various fields like Nano-medicine, clinical research, natural product research, bioinformatics, pharmaceutical marketing, hospital pharmacy, makeup art and many more. I got very inspired and nourished with their knowledge on a related field, experiences, the struggle of journey and will-power that leads them to be at the height of their goals.
The essential nature and guiding words help me to feel proud to be part of a career conclave. Once again, to PUSPA, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful program and management.
